Due to numerous complaints about the controversial nature of this work, I have decided to rescind it from this site because the backlash has negatively affected my work and personal life. I apologize to my readers, to whom I feel I owe a promise of integrity as a writer, for this act of self-censorship which I personally find abhorrent, but I am attempting to correct the negative consequences that have come about from misunderstandings regarding the nature of this work and its meaning.
